Stage Flair avec Laure Hanouna

Lou Cabanoun opens its grounds to one of the most anticipated scentwork events of the year:
a four-day training seminar led by Laure Hanouna, founder of Chien Zen and an internationally recognised reference in canine scent work, who will be travelling especially from Switzerland.

Organised by Lou Cabanoun, this seminar has been designed to allow dog enthusiasts to discover or further develop two demanding and exciting disciplines:
mantrailing (human scent tracking) and nose work (specific odour detection).

📍 Mantrailing involves teaching the dog to follow a human scent trail starting from a scent article. The dog–handler team works in urban or natural environments with the goal of locating the missing person. It is a highly mentally engaging discipline that helps develop the dog’s confidence, independence and focus.

📍 Nose work teaches the dog to detect target odours in a variety of environments: boxes, rooms, vehicles and outdoor areas. Highly stimulating on a cognitive level, nose work encourages the dog to make decisions, maintain concentration and build confidence when working in complex situations.

Groups will be limited to 6 to 8 dog–handler teams per day, to ensure personalised coaching tailored to each team’s level and goals.
This training seminar is open to both beginners and more advanced practitioners.
